Waldorf Astoria gets new competition this week in Park City with the opening of the St. Regis Deer Crest Resort. The Starwood resort offers exclusive ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley, while ski butlers are on hand to store equipment and warm boots. Full butler service — a St. Regis signature, of course — only
