I have felt this rant rumbling for a while. I offer banner advertising to cover the cost of running of the blog and the amount of effort that I put into it. Lately, I am receiving a lot of requests from PR and SEO agencies who think that I will give free links or write them a keyword rich post. Annoyed by SEO and PR agencies I write about the...

Millions of consumers plan their own short-break by booking flights and accommodation separately and as I wrote recently consumers need to keep a look out for fake websites. Book your accommodation through a personal recommendation or a company that you have used before. Taking advantage of inexperience You have to bear in mind that a high percentage...
I have been writing about travel consumer issues for five years in April and I enjoy sharing my opinions on the travel industry from a consumer’s perspective. I understand that not everyone is going to agree with what I have to say, but then discussions are created and readers can share their opinion. Useful learning / content inspiration resources...
It has been a week full of travel consumer issues and news and rather than writing a blog post reflecting I decided to record my first 5-minute travel rant podcast. Every so often I will publish a podcast for readers to listen to. Hopefully my editing skills will improve. Travel posts discussed Eurostar passengers trapped and now cancellations...
